骨科外用膏方配合红光治疗肝肾亏虚型膝痹病临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨骨科外用膏方配合红光治疗疗法对于肝肾亏虚型膝痹病的临床疗效。方法：将2016年9月—2017年9月黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院骨伤四科符合纳入标准的80例肝肾亏虚型膝痹病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组42例用骨科外用膏方配合红光治疗疗法,对照组38例用单纯红光治疗疗法,疗程为3周,观察疗效。结果：治疗3周后,每组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,2组间比较时治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。整个治疗过程中无1例出现皮肤过敏、药物不良反应。结论：骨科外用膏方配合红光治疗疗法对于肝肾亏虚型膝痹病疗效显著,安全、便捷,是治疗肝肾亏虚型膝痹病的有效方法,值得临床推广及应用。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of orthopedic external plaster combined with red light therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency type. Methods：Selected 80 cases with liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis from September 2016—September 2017 in the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine four families orthopedics and traumatology,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group：In the treatment group,42 cases were given orthopedic external plaster combined with red light therapy;In the control group,38 cases were treated with pure red light therapy. And the course of treatment were 3 weeks,to observe the curative effect. Results：After 3 weeks of treatment,the difference was statistically significant in each group before and after treatment（P〈0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. No skin allergy or adverse drug reactions occurred during the whole treatment. Conclusion：Orthopedic external plaster combined with red light therapy in the treatment knee osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency type,curative effect is distinct,safe,convenient,is an effective method to treat the liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
