中药紫归长皮软膏促进大鼠难愈性创面P物质分泌研究

摘　　要：目的：观察紫归长皮软膏对大鼠难愈性创面P物质分泌的促进作用。方法：制造SD大鼠难愈性创面模型,随机分组为正常空白组、模型空白组、紫归长皮软膏组、贝复济组。通过免疫组化法测定各组P物质分泌情况,观察紫归长皮软膏对大鼠难愈性创面内P物质表达的作用。结果：各组均有P物质表达。在创伤第7天,紫归长皮软膏组及贝复济组与模型空白组比较,均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;紫归长皮软膏组与贝复济组比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。在创伤第10天,紫归长皮软膏组及贝复济组与模型空白组、正常空白组比较,均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;紫归长皮软膏组与贝复济组比较,无差异（P〉0.05）。结论：紫归长皮软膏能增加创面内P物质的表达,对创面内神经再生有一定的调节改善作用。Objective：To study the effect of Zigui Zhangpi Paste on promoting substance P secretion in rats with chronic difficult healing wound. Methods：Making SD rat wound model and randomly divides into 4 groups：nomal wound group,modal gap group,Zigui Zhangpi Paste group,rb-b FGF group（8 rats in each group）. Using immunohistochemistry technique to observe Zigui Zhangpi Paste promoting substance P secretion on chronic difficult healing wound in rats. Results：All group had the expression of substance P. The expression of substance P in Zigui Zhangpi Paste group and rb-b FGF group were higher than modal gap group on 7 th days and 10 thafter trauma（P〈0.05）. The expression of substance P in Zigui Zhangpi Paste group was higher than rb-b FGF group on 7 th days after trauma（P〈0.05）,but on 10 th days after trauma they had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Zigui Zhangpi Paste can increase the expression of substance P and regulae and improve nerve regeneration in rats＇ wound.
