摘 要:目的:基于Box-Behnken响应面法优化茜草中大叶茜草素的提取工艺。方法:以大叶茜草素的含量为响应值,以提取时间、乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取次数为考察因素,进行茜草中大叶茜草素的提取工艺优化试验。结果:经响应面分析,得最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数82%,提取时间97 min,料液比1∶10,提取2次,在此条件下提取大叶茜草素含量可达2.39%,接近预测值2.41%。结论:该优化工艺简便稳定,重复性好,可用于茜草中大叶茜草素的提取。Objective:To optimize the extraction process of mollugin in Rubia cordifolia L. by the BoxBehnken response surface method. Methods:Taking the content of mollugin as response value,taking extraction time,ethanol volume fraction,material liquid ratio and extraction times as research factors,we optimized the extraction process of mollugin in Rubia cordifolia L.. Results:The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the extraction time was 97 min,ethanol volume fraction was 82% and materialliquid ratio was 1 ∶ 10 m L. Under these conditions,the content of mollugin was 2.39%,which was well matched with the predicted content of 2.41%. Conclusion:This optimal extraction process can be used for extracting the mollugin in Rubia cordifolia L.. It is simple,stable and reproducible.
