摘　　要：中医认为＂五脏六腑皆令人咳,非独肺也＂。肝与肺关系密切,肝升肺降,调畅气血,朱佳教授根据长期临床经验总结,认为咳嗽久治不愈,可从＂肝咳＂论治,采用疏肝理肺法,往往收获良效。该文系统阐释＂肝咳＂的发病机制,总结朱佳教授理肺疏肝法治疗＂肝咳＂的临床经验。Chinese medicine believes that＂all organs are cough,not only lung＂. The liver is closely related to the lung,the liver rises to the lung,and it can adjust the Qi and blood. According to the long term clinical experience,professor ZHU Jia concludes that the cough can be cured for a long time. It can be treated from the＂liver cough＂,and the method of soothing liver and regulating lung is used,and the good effect is often harvested. This article systematically explains the pathogenesis of＂liver cough＂,and summarizes the clinical experience of professor ZHU Jia in treating liver cough by regulating lung and soothing liver method.
