基于患者频数分布规律探讨糖尿病足中医证型与疮周血流量相关性

摘　　要：目的：探讨疮周血流灌注量和踝肱比（ABI）与糖尿病足不同辨证分型的相关性。方法：依据疮面局部症状与体征,对糖尿病足患者进行辨证分型,并将120例患者分为3组：湿毒蕴阻组、经脉阻滞组、阳虚血瘀组。以频度统计描述为分析方法,并结合均数比较、Spearman相关分析,探讨疮周血流灌注量和ABI与糖尿病足辨证分型的相关性。结果：不同证型患者疮周血流灌注量频数呈集中分布现象,且均数比较差异显著（P〈0.01）,Spearman相关分析呈显著相关（P〈0.01）;不同证型患者ABI频数分布无明显集中现象,且ABI均数比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）,但Spearman相关分析呈相关关系（P〈0.01）。结论：疮周血流灌注量与糖尿病足中医辨证分型具有良好的相关性,可以为糖尿病足中医辨证分型提供客观依据。Objective：To explore the correlation between wound blood flow perfusion and ankle brachial ratio（ABI）among different syndrome types of diabetic foot patients. Methods：According to local symptoms and physical signs,the 12 patients were divided into 3 types：dampness resistance type,meridian block type,Yang deficiency and blood stasis type. To research the correlation between wound blood flow perfusion and ABI among different syndrome types of diabetic foot patients,the comparison of mean,frequency distribution and Spearman correlation analysis were applied to the data analysis method. Results：Analysis of the results of wound blood flow perfusion,the comparison of mean was significantly different（P〈0.01）,the frequency of patients was distributed,Spearman correlation analysis was significantly correlated（P〈0.01）;analysis of the results of ABI,spearman correlation analysis was significantly correlated（P〈0.01）,but there was no significant difference between the mean number（P〉0.05）,the frequency distribution of patients was not significantly concentrated. Conclusion：Wound blood flow perfusion has a significant correlation with different syndrome types of diabetic foot,and has sensitivity and specificity,can provide objective basis for syndrome types of diabetic foot.
