摘  要:膝骨性关节炎属中医"痹证"范畴,多因邪气乘虚而入,留滞筋骨,阻滞脉络,致使筋脉失于濡养而致病。针灸具有疏通经络、调和气血、扶正祛邪之功能,临床中治疗因经脉闭阻、气血瘀滞所致病证时,效果尤为显著。膝为筋之府,在膝骨性关节炎的中早期,病变部位主要以筋膜、滑膜、韧带等关节周围软组织的病理改变为主,这些改变均属于中医理论中"筋"的病变。因此,在治疗膝骨性关节炎时,以"从筋论治"为原则,运用针灸疗法改善膝关节周围组织的紧张状态,调节膝关节的受力平衡以修复"筋"的正常生理功能,当可取得显著疗效。Knee osteoarthritis belongs to the category of"arthralgia syndrome"in traditional Chinese medicine,due to the evil comes in,the muscles and bones are blocked,cause the tendon and vessel to lose nourish and cause disease. Acupuncture and moxibustion has functions of dredging meridians,harmonizing Qi and blood,strengthening vital energy and dispel evil,in clinical treatment,the effect is especially obvious because of the close syndrome of the meridians and the syndrome of Qi and blood stasis. Knee is the mansion of tendon,in the early stage of knee osteoarthritis,pathological changes are mainly in the soft tissue around the joints,such as fascia,synovium,ligaments and so on,all these changes belong to the"tendon"lesion in TCM theory. Therefore,in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,the principle of"from the theory of tendon"is the principle,using acupuncture and moxibustion therapy to improve tissue tension around the knee joint,adjust the balance of the knee joint to repair the normal physiological function of the tendons,with significant effect.
