“提壶揭盖”法临床护理应用研究

摘　　要：目的：朱丹溪始创的＂提壶揭盖＂法具有鲜明的中医文化特色,是中医取象比类思维模式的典范,并且符合中医整体观的基本原则。此项研究观察温针灸＂提壶揭盖＂法在治疗肛肠术后尿潴留中的疗效。方法：在我院2016年3月—2016年9月收治的肛肠病术后患者中,选取80例,具有可比性的患者为研究对象,随机将其分为温针灸组和对照组,两组患者均给予常规护理,温针灸组在常规护理的基础上实施温针灸中医特色护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：在相同基础治疗的前提下,运用＂提壶揭盖＂法的温针灸组疗效以及出现尿意的时间都要优于对照组（P〈0.05）,并且结果有统计学意义。结论：温针灸＂提壶揭盖＂法在防治肛肠术后尿潴留有一定的临床意义,值得推广应用。Objective：The method of＂pot-lifting and cover-carrying＂created by ZHU Danxi has distinctive cultural characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine. It is a model of the thinking pattern of traditional Chinese medicine and is in line with the basic principles of the overall view of traditional Chinese medicine. This study observed the therapeutic effect of warming needle moxibustion＂pot-lifting and cover-carrying＂in the treatment of postoperative urinary retention after anorectal surgery. Methods：80 cases of anorectal diseases treated in our hospital in March 2016 to September 2016 months were selected and the patients with comparability were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into the warming needle moxibustion and the control group. The two groups were given routine nursing. The warm acupuncture and moxibustion group carried out the nursing care in the warming needle moxibustion on the basis of the conventional nursing,and compared the nursing of the two groups. Results：On the premise of the same basic treatment,the effect of the warming needle group and the time for the appearance of urine were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the results were statistically significant. Conclusion：Warming needle moxibustion＂pot-lifting and cover-carrying＂has a certain clinical significance in preventing and treating urinary retention after anorectal surgery,and is worthy of popularization and application.
