摘　　要：目的评价基于吉林省免疫规划信息管理系统的国家免疫规划（NIP）疫苗常规免疫接种率监测质量。方法通过吉林省免疫规划信息管理系统收集2016-2017年全省报告的儿童NIP疫苗接种个案数据,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2016年、2017年吉林省上传适龄儿童预防接种个案信息的预防接种单位比例分别为99.52%、99.90%;儿童22剂次NIP疫苗的接种率范围分别为77.42%-99.85%、80.82%-98.95%;乙型肝炎疫苗首剂及时率分别为93.43%、92.69%;百白破联合疫苗脱漏率分别为11.02%、2.83%。结论吉林省免疫规划信息管理系统可保证常规免疫接种率监测的完整性和质量,全省NIP疫苗接种率处于较高水平。Objective To evaluate coverage levels of National Immunization Program（ NIP） vaccines based on the Jilin Immunization Program Information Management System. Methods We used the system to obtain administered doses for children in Jilin during 2016-2017 for descriptive analysis.Results Proportions of immunization units uploading age-eligible children＇s immunization information to the system was 99. 52% in 2016,and 99. 90% in 2017; coverage ranges for 22 doses of NIP vaccines were 77. 42%-99. 85%,and 80. 82%-98. 95%; coverage rates of the timely birth dose of hepatitis B vaccine were 93. 43%,and 92. 69%; drop-out rates of diphtheria,tetanus and pertussis combined vaccine were 11. 02%,and 2. 83%. Conclusions The Jilin Immunization Program Information Management System functioned well and showed high coverage of NIP vaccines in the province.
