摘　　要：水痘是一种急性呼吸道传染病,常在托幼机构和学校聚集流行,是较严重的公共卫生问题之一。接种水痘减毒活疫苗（Varicella attenuated live vaccine,Var V）是预防和控制水痘暴发最有效的手段,美国、澳大利亚等国家已将Var V纳入免疫规划,有效地降低了水痘发病率。本文对中国使用Var V的安全性、免疫原性和保护效果等相关研究进行了综述,为水痘疾病的防控以及探索将Var V纳入中国儿童免疫规划的可行性提供依据。Varicella is an acute respiratory infectious disease that causes outbreaks in kindergartens and schools and has become one of most critical public health issues in China. Varicella vaccination is the most effective measure against varicella; the incidence of varicella has decreased significantly in the United States of America and Australia since varicella attenuated live vaccine（ Var V） was introduced into their national immunization programs. This article reviews safety,immunogenicity and protective efficacy of Chinese Var Vs to provide evidence for the prevention and control of varicella and for consideration of introducing Var V into the national immunization program of China.
