摘　　要：哌嗪及其衍生物是重要的医药中间体和精细化工原料,广泛应用于医药、化工和材料等领域。综述了近年来哌嗪及其衍生物在抗菌药物、精神疾病药物、心脑血管疾病药物、抗肿瘤药物、脱硫剂、脱碳剂、阻燃剂、聚合物、聚氨酯发泡剂和光敏剂等领域的应用。Piperazine and its derivatives are important pharmaceutical intermediates and fine chemicals, which are widely used in medicine, chemical industry and materials. Here, the recent applications of piperazine and its derivatives are reviewed, including antibacterial drugs, mental illness, disease of heart head blood-vessel, antitumor drugs, desulfurizer, decarbonization agent, flame retardant, polymer, polyurethane foaming agent and photosensitizer, and other fields.
