摘  要:研究了以光气和间苯二甲酸为原料,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为催化剂,合成间苯二甲酰氯及产品脱色工艺。探讨了石英砂、无水硫酸钠、活性炭、DMF盐酸盐等脱色剂对产品间苯二甲酰氯颜色的影响。确证了以DMF盐酸盐作为产品脱色剂时,可得无色稳定的产品,精馏后产品含量99%以上,该工艺具有"三废"少、可循环套用、处理成本低等优点,适合工业化生产。Isophthaloyl dichloride was obtained from the reaction of isophthalic acid with phosgene using dimethylformamide as catalyst. The discoloration of isophthaloyl dichloride was studied. Discoloration agents product including silica sand, sodium sulfate anhydrous, activated carbon, DMF hydrochloride were tested. A colorless and stable product was obtained using DMF hydrochloride as discoloration reagent. After distillation, the colour of product was stable and the purity of product was of more than 99%. This method was suitable for industrial production with advantages including less waste, easy recycling, and low cost.
