摘　　要：结合生产实际,对亲水铝箔涂覆过程中易造成批量质量事故的表面质量不良现象进行分析研究,总结出快速确定产生周期性麻点、漏涂色差等缺陷位置及原因的方法,并即时采取措施排除诱因,减少铝箔表面质量不良现象,提升产品质量和成品率。The quality phenomena of periodic poor coating in the coating process of hydrophilic aluminum foil were investigated and analyzed based on the practical production. It is prone to cause batch quality accidents. The methods of quickly determining positions and causes of defects were then summarized,including the defects of pitting and holiday aberration. Measures were taken immediately to eliminate inducement,resulting in fewer quality phenomena of periodic poor coating,better product quality and higher rate of finish products.
