网络化条件下高校工会职责实现的路径优化

摘　　要：当前网络的发展已经渗透到各行各业,社会信息化迅速发展,我国高校工会工作适应社会信息化发展趋势,开展"互联网+工会"的研究应用。通过剖析我国高校工会工作中现存的主要问题,围绕工会四项基本职责,借助网络运用在其实现中的独特优势,提出了在网络化条件下具体实现路径的优化策略,以期更好地履行为职工和学校服务的宗旨。The development of current network has penetrated into all walks of life. Social informationization has developed rapidly.Trade Union work in colleges should also adapt to the development trend of social informationization,and research the application of＂Internet＋Trade Union＂ as well. By analyzing some problems existing in trade union work of colleges,focusing on the four basic responsibilities of trade union by means of the advantages of network application,this paper proposes an optimization strategy for the specific implementation path under the network condition,so as to better serve the staff and the college as the purpose.
