摘 要:针对60万m3/d老厂深度处理改造用地偏居厂区一侧,平行于原有四期常规处理流程的建设条件,各期常规处理出水独立性和清水池进水均衡控制是改造中需要重点考虑的问题,同时还要关注大规模中间提升泵房前池的调蓄需求、前后流量的衔接和安全溢流等深度处理改造中常见的问题。在常规出水常时达标的情况下,各期可采用固定水位控制堰,各自独立超越深度处理,直接溢流至清水池的模式,以保证各期常规处理和新建深度处理自由切换运行,系统简化,运行安全可靠。The available land is parallel with the processes of the existing plant,which was built in four periods with the total conventional treatment capacity of 600 000 m3/d.The key problems of balance control of effluent of the each conventional treatment and advanced treatment,should be considered,also are the demanded effective regulation of lifting pumping house,flow balancing and safety overflow problem focused.The existing process can meet the demand of water quality and the headloss in filter layer is enough,then the innovation can set up independent and fixed water level control weirs and safety overflow model for the processes,to ensure independent running,no mutual disturbing,automatic regulating,which achieve systemic simplicity,safety and efficiency.
