摘 要:针对农村污水处理TN排放要求和污泥处理的难题,通过对接触氧化工艺进行改良,增设缺氧单元,并通过气提将好氧单元部分混合液回流到缺氧单元,一方面通过混合液中硝酸盐回流增加缺氧单元的反硝化基质;另一方面通过混合液中的回流污泥吸附污染物、延长其厌氧水解时间,来提高装置的脱氮效率和实现污泥减量,延长排泥周期。结果表明,尽管无回流和有回流两种运行状况下,装置的出水COD、TN、NH3-N、SS浓度均能达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级B标准,但是相比无回流运行,增加回流时,装置的TN和SS平均去除率分别由66.49%和90.73%提高到80.58%和97.17%,同时,污泥产量降低了29.60%。微生物菌群结构分析表明有回流运行更有利于反硝化细菌的生长。In order to meet the total nitrogen(TN)discharge standard and solve sludge problem in the wastewater treatment of rural area,the contact oxidation process was improved by adding an anoxic unit before the oxic unit.Part mixture of the oxic unit was returned to the anoxic unit by air stripping.Firstly,the nitric acid salt was returned to increase the denitrifying substrate of anoxic unit.Secondly,the sludge in the returned mixture could adsorb the pollutants in the influent,which prolonged the anaerobic hydrolysis and increase TN removal efficiency and decrease sludge production.The results show that the COD、TN、NH3-N and SS of system effluent reach the first class B standard of the urban sewage discharge standardof pollutants for municipal wasteater treatment plant under the two operating conditions(no-mixture return and mixture return).Compared to the operation without mixture return,the average removals of TN and SS increase from 66.49%and 90.73%to 80.58%and 97.17%,respectively.The sludge pro-duction reduce by 29.6% when the system operation is changed from no-mixture return to mixture return.The microbial community structure analysis suggest the operation with mixture return is more benefit to the growth of denitrifying bacteria.
