摘 要:采用混凝沉淀-A^2/O-过滤为集成工艺处理化工园区废水。系统稳定运行365d,出水COD、TN、NH3-N、TP的平均浓度分别为29.42mg/L、6.41mg/L、3.08mg/L、0.12mg/L,平均去除率分别为82.3%、69.3%、89.4%、69.7%,达标保证率分别为97.8%、100%、100%和100%,并满足《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》要求。同时,GC/MS分析和三维荧光分析表明经三级处理工艺后,废水中难降解有机物得到有效去除,杂环化合物、酰胺类、酚类物质得到有效降解。Combined processes of coagulation sedimentation-A2/O-filter was used to treat wastewater in chemical industrial park.Results of the project have indicated that the average concentration of COD,TN,NH3-N and TP in effluent water were 29.42 mg/L,6.41 mg/L,3.08 mg/L and 0.12 mg/L,respectively,and the average removal efficiencies were 82.3%,69.3%,89.4% and 69.7%,respectively;and standard guarantee ratios were 97.8%,100%,100%and 100%respectively,which met requirements of the Discharges standard of main water pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant key industries of Taihu areaduring 365-days-operation.In addition,GC/MS analysis and three-dimensional fluorescence analysis show that the refractory organic matter in wastewater had been effectively removed,and the heterocyclic compounds,amides and phenolic compounds are effectively degraded after three-stage treatment process.
