摘  要:针对化工废水的COD、NH_3-N、含盐量高等特点,工程选用溶气气浮+铁炭微电解+Fenton氧化+混凝沉淀+三效蒸发的预处理工艺,结合两级厌氧+A/O的主体处理工艺及ClO_2接触氧化的深度处理工艺,实际运行结果表明,当进水水质的COD、NH_3-N、含盐量、TP分别为40 600mg/L、332mg/L,6.1%,15.3 mg/L时,处理后的出水浓度可以分别降低至338 mg/L、9.72mg/L,0.25%,0.78mg/L,出水水质达到所在园区纳管标准。The chemical wastewater with high concentrations of COD,NH3-N and salt was treated by dissolved air flotation+ microelectrolysis+ Fenton oxidation+coagulation sedimentation + triple effect evaporation pretreatment process,two-stage anaerobic + A/O biochemical treatment process and ClO2 contact oxidation advanced treatment process.The results of actual operating indicate that the influent concentrations of COD,NH3-N,salt content,TP are 40 600 mg/L,332 mg/L,6.1%,15.3 mg/L,respectively,the corresponding concentrations of effluent after treatment were 338 mg/L,9.72 mg/L,0.25%,0.78 mg/L,respectively.The effluent quality reaches the local sewage network standards,providing a reference for the treatment of chemical wastewater with high concentrations.
