摘 要:目的了解潍坊城区枯水期和丰水期居民生活饮用水中多环芳烃(PAHs)的污染状况。方法于2016年的枯水期(2月)和丰水期(8月)分别采集潍坊城区出厂水、管网末梢水及二次供水共计218份,采用全自动固相萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用技术测定饮用水中16种多环芳烃。结果饮用水中总ρ(∑PAHs)平均值为174.41 ng/L,范围为42.46~546.24 ng/L,检出率为0~100%,218份水样中共检出12种PAHs,从分布特征来看,水体中低环萘(Nap)和菲(Phe)质量浓度最高,毒性相对较大的?(Chr)、苯并[a]蒽(Ba A)、苯并[b]荧蒽(Bb F)、二苯并(a,h)蒽(Db A)有部分检出且含量很低,苯并[a]芘(Ba P)、苯并(k)荧蒽(Bk F)、茚并(1,2,3-cd)芘(In P)、苯并(g,h,i)芘(Bghi P)在所有样品均未检出。经方差分析发现不同类型、不同采样地点水样中PAHs均值之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),枯水期与丰水期水样中PAHs均值之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论潍坊城区生活饮用水中检出的多环芳烃以低环的萘和菲为主,管道输送过程中可能存在二次污染。Objective To understand the contaminative level of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in drinkingwater during rainy season and dry season in Weifang. Methods A total of 218 samples, including finished water samples, tapwater samples and secondary water supply, were collected from Weifang central city from February to August in 2016, and 16 kinds of PAHs were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) with full automatic solid-phase extraction(SPE). Results The total PAHs in Weifang drinking water were in a range of 42.46-546.24 ng/L, with the average value of174.41 ng/L, and the detection rate was within 0-100%, 12 kinds of PAHs were detected totally in 218 samples. From the viewof distribution, the density of naphthalene and phenanthrene were relatively higher, the toxicity of relatively large, Chr, Ba A,Bb F, Db A was part detected and the content was very low, and Ba P, Bk F, In P, Bghi P were not detected in all samples.Variance analysis showed that mean difference of PAHs was statistically significant among different areas and sample types(P〈0.05), but there was no statistical significance on the difference between rainy season and dry season(P〉0.05).Conclusions The main part of the PAHs, found in the drinking water in Weifang central city, are naphthalene andphenanthrene, the secondary pollution maybe existed during pipe transfer of water.
