海南省2017年居民心脏病死亡率与潜在减寿分析

摘　　要：目的了解海南省居民心脏病死亡及潜在减寿情况。方法收集海南省2017年8个国家监测点常住居民的心脏病死亡资料,应用SPSS 21.0软件进行相关统计分析;采用2010年全国第六次人口普查数据进行标化。分别计算死因构成比、粗死亡率、标化死亡率、期望寿命和潜在减寿年数。结果 2017年海南省8个监测点的常住居民因心脏病死亡2 396人,占总死亡人数的18.55%,年均粗死亡率为77.36/10万,标化死亡率为109.74/10万。其中男性为1 345例,女性为1 051例,男女比例为1.3∶1;海南省2017年的期望寿命为81.1岁;海南省2017年因心脏病造成的潜在减寿年数为19 848.4年,60~<65岁年龄组最高,为2 740.1年。结论海南省2017年因心脏病造成的潜在减寿年数较高,疾病负担较重,因而通过对心脏病高危人群进行适当的干预具有重要的公共卫生学意义。Objective To analyze the mortality rate of heart disease and the potential years of life lost in HainanProvince. Methods Data on heart disease among residents of eight national monitoring sites in Hainan Province in 2017 were collected and analyzed with the death composition ratio, crude death rate, standard mortality, life expectancy and thepotential years of life lost by SPSS21.0 software. Results In 2017, the cases of residents died of heart disease were 2 396,accounting for 18.55% of total mortality; The average annual crude death rate was 77.36/100 000, with a standardized mortalityrate of 109.74/100 000. In addition, 1 345 males and 1 051 females, with a ratio of 1.3 to 1. The expected life expectancy ofHainan Province in 2017 was 81.1 years. Potential years of life lost for heart disease was 19 848.4 years in 2017, the highestage group was 60-〈65 years, and the number was 2 740.1 years. Conclusions Hainan Province has a heavy burden ofheart disease in 2017, which has important public health significance to carry out a appropriate intervention in high-riskgroups of heart disease.
