摘　　要：目的探讨对深圳市试点社区血脂异常人群进行社区综合干预与健康管理的影响效果,为进一步制定有针对性的社区血脂异常预防控制策略提供依据。方法建立社区血脂异常患者健康管理平台,通过多阶段整群随机抽样选取深圳市52个社区健康服务中心15 738名血脂异常患者进行健康教育和有效干预管理措施。结果经过16个月的综合干预管理,血脂异常患者非治疗性生活方式、服药率、膳食评价得分、胆固醇、三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白水平与基线相比均得到明显改善(P<0.05)。结论对社区血脂异常患者进行综合干预管理具有良好的干预效果,值得在社区中推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive community intervention and health management ofpatients with dyslipidemia in some districts in Shenzhen City, so as to provide the evidence for formulating the targeted strategyof prevention and control of dyslipidemia. Methods Totally 52 community health service centers including 15 738 dyslipidemia patients were chosen by the multi-stage cluster random sampling method in Shenzhen City, and the healtheducation and effective intervention management measures were provided. Results Sixteen months after the communitycomprehensive intervention, the non-therapeutic life-style change, medication rate, meal score, TC, TG and LDL values wereimproved compared with those of the baseline（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive community intervention and healthmanagement of patients with dyslipidemia is effective in reducing blood lipids and it is worth accepting in communityapplication.
