摘 要:基于超声波滚压加工,研究了超声滚压加工过程中颤振的产生机理。通过改变加工参数,进行超声滚压加工实验,采用HV-50A型维氏硬度计对超声滚压加工前后试样表面硬度进行测量,总结了重叠系数、主轴转速和滚压次数对超声滚压的影响规律,阐明了抑制颤振的方法和途径,为提高超声滚压系统的表面加工质量提供可靠指导。Based on the ultrasonic rolling process, the mechanism of chatter during the ultrasonic rolling process was studied. By changing the processing parameters, the ultrasonic rolling processing experiment was conducted, and the surface hardness of the samples before and after the ultrasonic rolling was measured by the HV 50A Vickers hardness tester. The influence of the overlap coefficient, spindle speed and the number of rolling times on the ultrasonic rolling was summarized. The method and approach for suppressing chatter were expounded to provide reliable guidance for improving the surface processing quality of the ultrasonic rolling system.
