摘 要:采用点格局分析方法,应用偏离指数的t检验和Morisita指数的F检验,分析林缘、林内克隆分株种群密度及空间分布格局的动态变化。结果表明,在林缘、林内,克隆分株种群密度均呈现4~6月上旬迅速增大,随后保持不变。克隆分株种群分布格局在整个生长季呈聚集分布,集聚强度由4~6月的逐渐减弱至7~10月的基本保持不变,集聚强度受克隆分株种群密度的影响。种群密度与土壤水分含量、田间持水量、有机质、碱解氮含量及土壤孔隙度呈极显著/显著正相关,与土壤全盐含量、p H值以及土壤容重呈显著负相关。灰叶胡杨克隆分株种群数量格局的变化与生境土壤理化因子变化有关。A point pattern analysis method was employed with the t-test of the deviation index and F-test of Morisita index,the clonal ramet population and spatial distribution pattern were analysed,the ramet population density all increased rapidly starting in April,peaked in early June,and then remained relatively stable afterwards. The ramet populations displayed clumped distribution during the whole growing season. The aggregation intensity declined gradually from April to June and remained relatively stable from July to October and had affected with clonal ramet population. The ramet population density had significantly/significant positive correlation with soil water content,organic matter content,available nitrogen content and soil porosity. The results show that changes in the Populus pruinosa ramet population density had associated with changes of habitat soil physical and chemical factors.
