摘 要:采用浸渍法制备了不同修饰载体的双金属催化剂,利用XRD、N2物理吸附、TGA和SEM技术对其进行表征分析,并研究了双金属催化剂对生物油基酚类衍生物加氢脱氧性能的影响。结果表明,修饰后的载体催化剂Ni Cu/HZSM-5-La2O3的比表面积为271.03 m2/g、孔径为5.86 nm,属于介孔,稳定性得到提高;其中催化剂Ni Cu/HZSM-5-La2O3对愈创木酚具有较好的加氢脱氧效果,转化率、烃类含量和得率分别为96.29%、70.69%和40.93%。提质液中主要以环烃和芳香烃为主。The different support modified bimetallic catalysts were prepared by impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by XRD,N2 physical adsorption,TGA and SEM techniques. The influence of hydrodeoxygenation of bio-oil-derived phenolic compound was investigated via the bimetallic catalysts. The results showed that the surface area of the catalyst was 271. 03 m2/g,and the pore diameter was 5. 86 nm. The stability of the catalyst was improved effectively. The catalyst Ni Cu/HZSM-5-La2 O3 has good hydrodeoxygenation ability for guaiacol,and the conversion rate,hydrocarbon content and yield were 96. 29%,70. 69% and40. 93%,respectively. The upgraded oil was mainly composed of cyclic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons.
