品管圈活动在重症脑出血患者PICC血栓发生中的应用效果及干预评价

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在降低重症脑出血患者PICC血栓发生率中的应用。方法选取2016年6月至2017年6月收治的行PICC的重症脑出血患者406例,随机分为对照组198例和研究组208例。研究组患者采取品管圈管理,对照组患者采取常规管理,比较2组患者血栓发生率。结果研究组患者血栓发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。圈员的团队凝聚力、工作积极性、自信心3个方面的能力都显著提高(P<0.05),患者满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动有利于降低脑出血患者中PICC血栓发生率,并且留置导管患者血栓发生时间延后,改善患者预后,并且提高护理质量,增强团队的综合能力,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effects of quality control circle activities in PICC thrombosis in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 406 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage who underwent PICC in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control group（ n = 198） and research groups（ n = 208）. The patients in research group were treated by quality control circle management,however,the patients in control group were treated by routine management. The incidence of thrombosis was observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of thrombosis in research group was significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）.Moreover the team cohesion,work positivity and self-confidence in research group were significantly improved,as compared with those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. In addition the patient ＇s satisfaction degree was significantly increased in research group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The quality control circle activities is beneficial to reduce the incidence of PICC thrombosis in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,which can delay the incidence of thrombogenesis in patients with retention catheter,so as to improve patient＇s prognosis,improve the quality of nursing,and enhance the comprehensive ability of the team,thus,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
