高校“四维进阶式”创新创业人才培养体系探索

摘　　要：地方本科高校如何结合自身"应用型"办学特点,充分利用"地方"优势,构建合理高效的创新创业人才培养体系,是一个富有挑战的课题。本文从创新创业教育自身规律、市场经济结构变革、国家政策导向三个方面阐述了建立具有层次性的"进阶式"创新创业培养体系的意义。探讨高校如何借助地区优势,通过"政产教"融合路径,构建"四维进阶式"创新创业人才培养体系。It is a challenging task for local applied undergraduate universitiesto construct a reasonable and efficient innovation and entrepreneurship talents trainingsystemby combining with their own school-running features and making full use of their local advantages. This paper illustrates the significance of innovationand entrepreneurship training system from three aspects ofrules of innovation and entrepreneurship education,changes of the market economystructure and guidance of national policy. It explores the ways of constructing the ＂four-dimension＂progressiveinnovation and entrepreneurship talents training system in universities with the aid of regional advantages.
