摘　　要：对信息化条件下后勤保障能力系统进行了复杂适应性分析,并根据复杂适应系统所具有的涌现现象,构建了信息化条件下后勤保障能力的涌现概念模型,同时,运用信息优势原理,探讨了信息化条件下后勤保障能力的生成过程。The system of logistic support capability generation under the condition of information is complex adaptive analyzed, and from the emergence phenomenon of complex adaptive system, the emergent model of logistic support capability under the condition of information is established,and its emergence mechanism is analyzed. Moreover,based on the principle of information advantage,the logistic support capability generation procedure under advantage chain is analyzed.
