脑心通胶囊辅助立体定向软通道微创血肿穿刺外引流术治疗高血压脑出血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨脑心通胶囊辅助立体定向软通道微创血肿穿刺外引流术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法选取医院2015年10月至2016年10月收治的高血压脑出血患者118例,根据治疗方式的不同分为观察组与对照组,各59例。两组患者均给予脑出血常规治疗,对照组患者在此基础上行立体定向软通道微创血肿穿刺外引流术,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用脑心通胶囊治疗。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率为91. 53%,明显高于对照组的77. 97%(P <0. 05);两组患者的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均明显低于治疗前,日常生活活动能力评分(ADL)明显高于治疗前,且观察组改善优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者并发症发生率为13. 56%,高于对照组的10. 17%,但两组相比无明显差异(P> 0. 05)。结论脑心通胶囊辅助立体定向软通道微创血肿穿刺外引流术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效肯定,不仅可促进神经功能的恢复,还能改善及重构缺血部位的微循环,促进认知功能的恢复,提高患者日常生活活动能力,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Naoxintong Capsules assisted stereotactic soft-channel minimally invasive hematoma puncture and external drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Totally 118 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different treatment methods, 59 cases in each group. The two groups were given routine treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, on this basis, the control group was treated with stereotactic soft-channel minimally invasive hematoma puncture and external drainage. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with Naoxin-tong Capsules. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.53%, which was significantly higher than 77.97% of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, while the ADL scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the improve-ment of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 13.55%, which was higher than 10.17% in the control group, but there was no significant diffrence between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Naoxintong Capsules assisted stereotactic soft-channel minimally invasive hematoma puncture and external drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage have a definite clinical effect. They can not only promote the recovery of nerve function, but also improve and reconstruct the microcirculation of ischemic site, promote the recovery of cognitive function, improve the patients＇ ability of daily living with higher safety.
