摘　　要：目的了解江苏省生物医药产业园发展的不足,探讨影响生物医药产业集群竞争力的重要指标,为促进产业园发展提供建议。方法通过文献阅读等途径得出园区产业集群竞争力的指标体系,用层次分析法对问卷调查所得数据进行实证分析。结果计算出了指标体系中各指标所占权重,其中"在研/申报新药品种数量"这一指标所占权重最高。结论为提高产业集群竞争力,应加强园区宏观规划,优化企业创新能力,推行园区循环式建设,实现绿色升级改造。Objective To understand the shortcomings of the development of biomedical industrial park in Jiangsu Province, and to inves-tigate the important indicators that affect the competitiveness of biomedical industrial clusters, and then to give suggestions for promoting the development of industrial parks. Methods Through the literatures reading and other means to get the index system of the industrial cluster competitiveness in the industrial park, and then the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） was adopted to analyze the data from the questionnaire survey. Results The weight of each index in the index system was calculated, of which the index of ＂the number of new drug research/declaration＂ accounted for the higbest proportion. Conclusion In order to improve the competitiveness of industrial clusters, we should strengthen the macro-planning of the park, optimize the ability of enterprise innovation, promote the circular construction of the park and realize the green upgrade.
