摘　　要：目的研究四川地区婴幼儿不同时期、不同年龄阶段骨密度的现状。方法对2012年和2016年来四川大学华西第二医院儿童保健科的12 940名≤3岁儿童的骨密度值进行分组[分为婴儿早期(0~5月龄),婴儿晚期(6~12月龄),幼儿早期(13~24月龄),幼儿晚期(25~36月龄),分别对其各年龄段以及不同年度骨密度的差异性进行比较。结果四川地区婴幼儿在2012年和2016两个年度的骨密度值大致呈正态分布。婴幼儿骨密度值在2016年比2012年有所增长,且差异有统计学意义。婴幼儿期骨密度检测在不同年龄阶段差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四川地区不同年度的婴幼儿骨密度值受年龄的影响,应结合多种因素综合判断与考虑婴幼儿时期的骨质状况。Objective To determine the status of bone mineral density （BMD）of infants at different stages and ages in Siehuan.Methods The clinical data of BMD in 12 940 infants aged ≤3 years old,who were hospitalized in the Department of Children＇s Health Care,West China Second Hospital,Siehuan University in 2012 and 2016,were included in the study. The infants were divided into groups according to the different stages and ages [including the early infancy （0-5 months）,late infancy （6-12 months）, early childhood （ 13-24 months）, and late childhood （25-36 months） ]. The differenees in BMD were compared between infants at difterent ages and stages. Results The BMD values of the Siehuan infants in 2012 and 2016 presented normal distribution. The BMD value of the infants increased in 2016 compared with that in 2012, and the differenee was statistically significant. There was statistically significant differenee in the BMD index and Z value betweenthe children at different ages （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The BMD of infants in Siehuan in different years is affeeted by ages. Comprehensive evaluation and determination of bone status in infancy should involve combined use of muhiple factors, but not BMD alone.
