摘 要:珠三角地区水污染治理取得一定成效,水环境质量改善已进入攻坚期,而污染治理难度也越来越大。通过系统分析近15年来珠三角地区水环境质量的变化趋势,结合区域水污染的空间分布差异以及污染排放强度、污染源结构、空间布局、资源效率等因素,总结出水污染的成因。在此基础上,提出了深化区域水污染治理、持续改善水环境问题的政策建议。The water pollution control in the Pearl River Delta region has made some achievements. However, local water quality improvement enters a crucial phase and pollution control is becoming more and more difficult. This paper systematically analyzes the tendency of water quality in the Pearl River Delta region in the last 15 years and the causes of water pollution by combining the spatial distribution difference of regional water pollution as well as pollution emission intensity, pollution source structure, spatial distribution, resource efficiency and so on. On this basis, recommendations for deepening regional water pollution control and continuously improving water environment are put forward.
