摘　　要：应用过程模拟软件Aspen Plus对液氮洗冷箱装置进行模拟计算,总结了适用于深冷分离的物性方程,并分析了原料气CO含量、高压N_2用量、冷箱洗涤塔操作压力等因素对液氮洗冷箱的影响。This paper simulated the liquid nitrogen washing cold box device by using the process simulation software Aspen Plus, and summarized the physical property equations suitable for cryogenic separation. It also analyzed the influences of the CO content of raw material gas, the amount of high pressure nitrogen, and the operating pressure of cold box washing tower and other factors on the liquid nitrogen washing cold box.
