摘  要:目的探讨数字化X线摄影(DR)联合组织均衡技术在颈段食道异物中的应用及优越性。方法方便选取2009年1月—2017年12月在该院门急诊就诊的误吞异物的患者,对98例怀疑颈段食道异物的患者行DR检查,在DR工作站对图像采用组织均衡技术,观察颈段食道是否有异物影。结果食道异物共76例,DR应用组织均衡技术诊断颈段食道异物63例,诊断率82.89%,胃镜下取出68例。结论数字化X线摄影(DR)联合组织均衡技术诊断率高,方便,并能为胃镜下取异物创造良好条件。Objective To investigate the application and superiority of digital radiography(DR) combined tissue equalization in cervical esophageal foreign bodies. Methods A total of 98 patients with suspected cervical esophageal foreign bodies were convenient selected and examined by DR in patients who had been swallowed by foreign bodies from January 2009 to December 2017 in the outpatient department of the hospital. Tissue balance techniques were applied to the images at the DR workstation to observe the cervical section esophagus has a foreign body shadow. Results A total of 76 cases of esophageal foreign bodies were used. DR was applied to the diagnosis of cervical esophageal foreign bodies in 63 cases with a diagnostic rate of 82.89% and 68 cases under gastroscopy. Conclusion Digital radiographs(DR) combined with tissue equalization technique have high diagnostic rate, convenience, and can create favorable conditions for the removal of foreign bodies under gastroscope.
