刍议调Q激光联合强脉冲光治疗雀斑的疗效

摘　　要：目的重点了解调Q激光联合强脉冲光治疗雀斑患者的临床疗效。方法以随机法将2014年1月—2017年12月期间该院接收、治疗的40例雀斑患者分成两组:治疗组20例患者予以调Q激光+强脉冲光展开治疗,对照组20例患者予以调Q激光展开治疗,同时观察、对比2组入选患者的临床治疗效果。结果展开不同治疗后,20例治疗组的总有效率为95.00%(19/20),较20例对照组的70.00%(14/20)更高(χ~2=4.329;P<0.05);对照组有5例(25.00%)复发,而治疗组无1例(0.00%)复发,两组复发率对比,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=19.000;P<0.05)。结论对雀斑病例选调Q激光联合强脉冲光展开治疗,疗效确切,不仅能提升临床治疗效果,还能降低复发率,有利于预后。Objective To know the clinical curative effect of Q modulation laser combined with intense pulsed light in treatment of freckles. Methods 40 cases of patients with freckles admitted and treated in our hospital from January2014 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 20 cases in each, the treatment group were treated with Q modulation laser combined with intense pulsed light, while the control group were treated with Q modulation laser, and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After different treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, [95.00%（19/20） vs 70.00%（14/20）]（χ^2=4.329; P〈 0.05）; and the difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups was obvious[5 cases（25.00%）vs 0 case（0.00%）]（χ^2=19.000; P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Q modulation laser combined with intense pulsed light in treatment of freckles is definite, which can not only improve the clinical treatment effect, and reduce the recurrence rate, and it is conductive to prognosis.
