摘　　要：目的探讨泰州地区前列腺癌与饮食危险因素的流行病学关联。方法 2015年1月—2018年4月于泰州市人民医院及兴化市人民医院开展病例对照研究,前列腺患者152例,前列腺增生131例,匹配条件为年龄组(±5岁),民族和居住地类型相同,共完成了283例病例与对照组的问卷调查,调查以面谈、电话回访为主。结果以前列腺增生为对照,经常食用绿色蔬菜为主的生活方式(每周>3次)(χ~2=13.51,P=0.00)、体育锻炼(每周>3次)(χ~2=45.55,P=0.00),有助于预防前列腺癌(P<0.05)。以吸烟为主的生活方式,是前列腺癌的危险因素(χ~2=6.27,P=0.012)。结论该研究显示以吸烟是前列腺癌的危险因素;多使用绿色蔬菜及锻炼为主的生活方式有利于降低前列腺癌的风险。Objective To study the epidemiology correlation between the prostatic cancer and dieting risk factors in Taizhou Region. Methods 152 cases of patients with prostate and 131 cases with hyperplasia of prostate gland in our hospital from January 2015 to April 2018 were selected, and the age was（±5 years old）, and the nation and residence were the same, and 283 cases and patients in the control group were surveyed by the questionnaires, and the investigation was mainly interview and telephone call visits. Results The hyperplasia of prostate gland was used for comparison,and often eating the green vegetables（three times per week）（χ^2=13.51, P=0.00）, exercise（ 〉three times per week）（χ^2=45.55, P=0.00）, which contributed to preventing the hyperplasia of prostate gland（P〉0.05）, and the smoking was the risk factor of hyperplasia of prostate gland（χ^2=6.27, P=0.012）. Conclusion The smoking is the risk factor of hyperplasia of prostate gland, and often eating the green vegetables and exercise is conductive to reducing the risk of prostatic cancer.
