摘  要:针对配电网中存在的三相不平衡问题,分析了各种不平衡治理方式的优势及劣势。基于现有治理方法,提出了将基于功率不平衡度的负荷换相治理与电容器组投切的无功补偿治理进行结合的综合治理方法。采用低压永磁操作机构作为换相开关以及无功补偿投切开关。通过仿真算例验证,达到了有功功率平衡及无功功率补偿的目的。研究结果表明,采用有功平衡与无功补偿相结合的方法进行三相不平衡治理,能够在降低线损、提高系统功率因素的同时,从源头上解决了配电网中三相不平衡问题。In view of the unbalanced three-phase problem in the distribution network,the advantages and disadvantages of various unbalanced governance methods are analyzed. Based on the existing governance methods,a load commutation governance based on unbalanced power is proposed. The reactive power compensation and control of capacitor bank switching are combined with a comprehensive treatment method. A low-voltage permanent magnet operating mechanism is proposed as a commutation switch and a reactive power compensation switch,which has been verified by the simulation example and can achieve the purpose of active power balance and reactive power compensation at the same time. The research shows that the three-phase unbalanced treatment using the method of active balance and reactive power compensation can solve the three-phase imbalance problem from the source,reduce the line loss and increase the system power factor. So it can solve the unbalance problems from the origin.
