摘 要:随着大电网的日益发展,目前电网中"源—网—荷"等不确定性问题越来越突出,传统的规划方法将不适应新形势下的输电网规划。为此,提出一种考虑不确定因素的输电网规划方法,并将其应用于阿克苏地区电网规划,然后进行可靠性评价,验证规划方案的科学合理性。With the development of the power grid,the problems due to the uncertainty reactors in "power-network-load"become increasingly prominent. The traditional transmission network planning methods have not adapted to the new situation. Therefore,this paper proposes a transmission network planning method considering uncertainty reactors,and it has been applied in power network planning of Aksu area. The reliability assessment of the planning method has been made and it verifies the planning method is scientific and rational.
