摘　　要：高血压是一种以动脉压增高为主要特点的临床综合征,易引发多种心脑血管疾病,已经成为影响人类身体健康的首要危险因素之一。随着对高血压发病机制研究的不断深入,TOLL样受体4(TLR4)可能在高血压的发生发展中发挥着重要作用。它识别配体后激活相关信号通路启动相关因子的表达,并通过肾素-血管紧张素(RAS)系统、氧化应激、内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)和NLRP3炎症小体参与高血压的发生发展过程。而针对TLR4及相关信号通路在高血压发病机制中的作用研究可能为高血压的临床治疗提供新的思路,使其成为高血压治疗的新靶点以及诠释中医药防治高血压机制的新内容。Hypertension,a clinical syndrome characterized by increased arterial blood pressure,can cause a variety of cardiovascularand cerebrovascular diseases,and has become one of the most important risk factors affecting human health.With the advancement ofunderstanding in the pathogenesis of hypertension,it is discovered that the toll like receptor （TLR） 4 may play an important role inthe development of hypertension. It recognizes its ligand, activates related signal transduction pathway, initiates the expression ofdownstream effector genes,and participates in the development of hypertension through crosstalk with the mechanisms including re -nin angiotensin system （RAS） activation,oxidative stress,endothelial nitric oxide synthase （eNOS） centered blood pressure regula -tion,and the NOD like receptor pyrin domain containing 3 （NLRP3） mediated inflammatory response.The research on the implicationof NLR4 and related signal pathway in the pathogenesis of hypertension may provide novel ideas for clinical treatment of hyperten -sion,justifying TLR4 as a new therapeutic target for the treatment of hypertension.Meanwhile,TLR4 related mechanisms may providenew insights into the pharmacological activities of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of hypertension.
