摘  要:针对CK6140数控车床液压三爪卡盘开展了生产性改装研究,主要包括机械部件的改装与调试、电气控制线路及脚踏开关的连接、液压卡盘运转调试三个部分。其中,包含变径结构的拉杆是本次卡盘改装过程中的创新点所在,该结构在降低拉杆改造成本的同时,也使拉杆的后续维护变得更加便捷。经生产实践验证,包含变径结构的拉杆是切实可行的。The research on the production modification of the hydraulic three claw chuck of the CK6140 CNC lathe is focused in this article,which includes the modification and debugging of the mechanical parts,the connection of the electric control circuit and the foot switch,and the operation and commissioning of the hydraulic chuck.The pull rod containing the variable diameter structure is the innovation point in the process of the chuck modification,which reduces the cost of the transformation of the rod and makes the subsequent maintenance of the pull rod more convenient.It is verified by production practice that the pull rod with variable diameter structure is feasible.
