摘 要:针对碳纤维复合材料连续抽油杆的结构和工作状态,用ANSYS建立了其瞬态动力学模型。采用Shell 181单元对模型进行描述,通过Full法对模型进行瞬态动力学分析。数值模型固有频率与理论值相对误差小于5%,验证了模型的准确性。数值分析结果表明,冲次大小对悬点最大载荷的变化影响较大,而对泵行程的影响不是很明显;冲程长度和抽油杆厚度对抽油杆悬点的最大速度和加速度有影响,当冲程长度大于4.5m时,要考虑抽油杆厚度变化对悬点运动的影响。In this paper,in view of the structure and working state of carbon fiber composite continuous sucker rod,the transient dynamic model is established by ANSYS.The Shell181 element is used to describe the model,and then the model is simulated and analyzed by the Full(complete method)in the transient dynamic analysis.The calculation error of the inherent frequency of the model is less than 5% of the theoretical value,thus verifying the accuracy of the model.Through the analysis of the results,it is found that the size of the punching has a great influence on the maximum load of the suspension point,but the impact on the pump's stroke is not very obvious.The stroke length and sucker rod thickness have effect to maximum velocity and acceleration of sucker rod suspension point.When the length of the stroke is greater than 4.5 m,the influence of the thickness of the sucker rod on the motion of the suspended point should be considered.
