摘 要:在稠油井以及偏磨井,由于抽油杆工作条件恶劣,在上冲程时抽油杆的拉应力增加;而下冲程时阻力大,抽油杆柱的中和点之下处于受压状态,存在交变载荷,造成泵效低、杆管偏磨严重。通过分析井下抽油设备受力状态,对常规抽油泵结构进行了创新和改进,研制了一种旁通阀液力反馈抽油泵。该泵型采用液力反馈技术,为杆柱下行提供动力,克服稠油井、偏磨井井中杆柱下行摩阻,避免下行杆柱弯曲,同时提高泵的充满度,延长有杆泵系统的正常生产周期。泵阀采用弹簧复位球阀,柱塞两端设计防砂结构,适用于斜井、稠油井,并提高了泵效。In the heavy oil well and the eccentric wear well,due to poor working conditions,sucker rod tensile stress increased in up stroke,and due to downward resistance in down stroke,the rod string under the neutral point is compressed,and alternating stress amplitude exists,which causes low pump efficiency and the serious wear of tubing and rod.By fully analyzing the stress state of the underground pumping equipment,the structure of the conventional pumping pump is set up and a bypass valve hydraulic feedback pump is developed.The hydraulic feedback technology is adopted in the pump to provide force for the rod string down stroke,to overcome downlink frictional resistance,and avoid partial wear of rod string in the downward as bending causes.Thus,the pump filling degree is improved,and the normal production period of sucker rod pumping system is prolonged.The pump valve a spring reduction ball valve is adopted in the pump valve,and the sand control structure is designed at both ends of the plunger.It is suitable for inclined well and the thick oil well,and improves the pump efficiency.
