大数据下智慧资助与高校资助工作模式创新

摘　　要：运用大数据分析可以提高高校资助工作效率和水平,"智慧资助"正是大数据在高校学生资助工作中的有效运用。基于大数据分析的智慧资助应在贫困生精准认定、资助需求深入分析、资助过程动态管理和资助效果科学评价等方面进行工作模式的转换,并构建相应的数据、平台、制度等支持体系,实现学生资助的精准化、智能化和人性化。The use of big data analysis can improve the efficiency and level of university funding work,and the intelligent funding is the effective use of big data in university funding work.The intelligent funding based on big data should transform working mode in such aspects as accurate identification of poor students,in-depth analysis of funding needs,dynamic management of funding process and scientific evaluation of funding effect.And it is necessary for intelligent funding to construct the corresponding supporting system of data,platform and system to realize the accuracy,intelligence and humanization of student funding.
