摘 要:以某矿1308工作面为工程背景,对工作面巷道的围岩变形特征进行研究分析,提出了对巷道应用锚带网索综合控制技术。观测结果表明:工作面超前125~187 m,回采对巷道变形影响较小;超前工作面75~115 m,回采对巷道的影响逐步显现;超前工作面20 m范围内为剧烈影响期。监测期间巷道顶底移近量为886 mm,以底鼓为主,两帮变形量为1 150 mm,以煤柱帮为主。顶板离层监测表明回采阶段锚固区内离层较小。Taking the 1308 working face of a mine as the engineering background, the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the working face roadway were studied and analyzed, and the integrated control technology of the anchor belt network cable was put forward. The observation results showed that when the coal winning is 125 - 187 m ahead of the working face, and the influence of the mining on the deformation of the roadway is less; when this distance is 75 - 115 m, the influence of the mining on the roadway gradually appears,and when this distance is 20 m,there exists a severe influence period. During the monitoring period, the movement between roof and floor is 886 mm, with the floor heave as the main factor, and the deformation of the two sides of roadway is 1 150 mm. The monitoring of roof separation shows that the separation layer is small in the anchorage zone during the coal winning stage.
