金针菇菌糠纤维素的制备条件优化

摘  要:采用碱水解法制备金针菇菌糠纤维素。以纤维素含量和木质素含量为指标,通过单因素和正交试验研究料液比、提取时间、提取温度、氢氧化钠浓度对纤维素含量和木质素含量的影响。结果表明:各因素对金针菇菌糠纤维素提取的影响大小为提取时间(B)>提取温度(C)>料液比(A)>氢氧化钠浓度(D)。金针菇菌糠纤维素的最佳制备条件为料液比1:15、提取时间60min、提取温度100℃、氢氧化钠浓度1.0mol·L-1,此条件下,经验证所得金针菇菌糠纤维素含量为67.57%,木质素含量为11.77%。Preparation of cellulose from spent mushroom substrate of Flammulina velutiper (Fr.) Sing by the method of alkaline hydrolysis was investigated in this study. The effects of solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature and NaOH concentration on the content of cellulose and lignin were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment. Results indicated that these four factors influenced the cellulose extraction significantly, and the influence size order was extraction time〉 extraction temperature〉solid-liquid ratio〉NaOH concentration. The optimal condition was solid-liquid ratio 1:15, ex- traction time 60min, extraction temperature at 100 ℃, and NaOHconcentration 1.0 mol. L^-1, under this condition ,the highest cellulose content was obtained, which was 67.57% of cellulose.
