论指导思想一元化与思想文化多样化的辩证统一

摘　　要：近年来,受西方思想文化冲击以及政治、经济、文化等因素的影响,国内思想文化呈现出多元、多样、多变的特征,马克思主义的指导地位也因此受到影响,此时,如何处理好指导思想一元化与思想文化多样化的关系至关重要。当前,要着重做好以下四个方面的工作:坚持辩证的思维看待指导思想一元化与思想文化多样化的关系;坚持尊重差异、包容多样的方针;顺应世界文化发展潮流,吸收西方文化精髓;避免意识形态化和非意识形态化两种错误倾向。In recent years, impacted and influenced by western politics, economy, ideology and culture,the domestic ideology and culture are characterized by pluralism, diversity and variability, and the guiding position of Marxism is therefore also affected. So, it is very important to deal with the relationship between the unitization of guiding ideology and the diversity of ideology and culture. At present, we should focus on four aspects such as adhering to the dialectical thinking on the relationship between the unity of guiding ideology and ideological and cultural diversity, adhering to the policy of respecting differences and embracing diversity, conforming to the trend of cultural development in the world and absorbing the essence of western culture and avoiding two wrong tendencies of ideology and non-ideology.
