摘 要:论述了煤气热载体分段多层低阶煤热解成套工业化技术(SM-GF)的工艺流程和技术组成,介绍了SM-GF技术在30 mm以下全粒径混煤领域的应用情况,分析了其经济效益,总结了该技术在低阶混煤热解领域的多项优势。应用案例结果表明,SM-GF技术可以实现低阶混煤的清洁高效分质利用,改善传统工艺对环境的污染,具有显著的经济效益和环保效益,极大地提高了煤炭资源综合利用效率。The paper discusses the technological process and technical composition of the coal gas heat carrier sectioned multilayer low-rank coal pyrolysis kit(SM-GF).The writer introduces the application of SM-GF technology in the field of full grain size mixing under 30 mm,analyzes its economic benefits and summarizes the advantages of this technology in the field of loworder coal blending pyrolysis.The application cases show that SM-GF technology can realize the adoption of low-stage mixed coal with high efficiency and avoid the pollution of the traditional process to the environment.The technology has exerted remarkable economic and environmental benefits,and has greatly improved the comprehensive utilization efficiency of coal resources.
