摘  要:修辞立诚是中国文论的重要命题,然而就其本义而言,却并非针对文学而发,且其时未被直接用于文学批评。修辞立诚从三个层面演变为文论命题:其一是由至诚的天性纯善义演变为真情实感义,修辞立诚相应演变为因情生文;其二是由精诚感物,经历真情动人、无心合物等演变,形成神与物游说,以解决作家如何与物一体的问题;其三是经历文质合一、文主实诚、言意一体等演变阶段,逐步由礼文之诚发展为文学语言修辞之诚。此三条线索,呈现了修辞立诚的文论演变之进程。Rhetoric honesty is an important proposition for Chinese literary theory,however,in essence,it is not necessarily aimed at literature alone,actually,nor does it directly refer to literary criticism. Rhetoric honesty has evolved into a proposition for Chinese literary theory from three aspects: firstly,literary creation from emotions __ from the purity,kindness and righteousness of the sincere nature into the true feelings; secondly,mind acting with object __ from sincere feelings,true experiences,unconscious combination into mind acting with objects to find a solution to writers' blending with objects; thirdly,the balance of outward grace and solid worth,emphasis on literary honesty,and the unification of words and meanings,having gradually evolved from the honesty of works about rites into that of literary rhetoric. All these three aspects have displayed the evolutionary process of rhetoric honesty.
