摘　　要：新时期反腐新常态就是对以习近平同志为核心的党中央反腐倡廉建设中形成的新反腐理念、机制与目标的总称。习近平总书记倡导和构建的反腐新常态呈现出以反腐倡廉制度建设为根本、以廉政思想文化建设为引领、以构建风清气正的政治生态为目标、以构建"三不"为保障机制、以作风建设为主要抓手、以"零容忍"为惩治腐败基本态度的六大特征。The new normal of anti-corruption in the New Era is a general term for the new anti-corruption concept,the new anti-corruption mechanism and the new anti-corruption target,formed in the construction of combating corruption and building a clean government and proposed by the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core. Advocated by General Secretary Xi Jinping,the new normal of anti-corruption has displayed the following six major characteristics： taking the construction of anti-corruption system as its basis,taking the construction of honest culture as its guidance,taking the building of clean and upright political ecology as its goal,taking the construction of ＂three-no＂as its guarantee mechanism,taking the construction of work style as the main starting point,and taking ＂zero tolerance＂as the basic attitude towards cracking down on corruption.
