摘　　要：白日梦指的是个体在清醒意识状态下出现的带有幻想情节的心理活动。电影《白日梦想家》的心理学主题非常明显,而且心理意义深刻。首先,电影通过主人公米蒂一系列的白日梦反映了一种普遍存在的心理现象,白日梦对个体具有重要的心理意义。其次,在深度心理学视野下,米蒂白日梦的诸多意象表现出英雄原型的幻想特点,它们对于米蒂孕育转变、实践自性化具有重要作用。再次,电影所包含的"转化"意象能够激发观影者的无意识自主性活动,从而产生心理疗愈意义。Daydreaming refers to the psychological activities witli fantasy plots that occur in an indivi（iual sconscious state. The movie “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty” is with a clear theme psychology. Firstly, this movie reveals a universal mental phenomenon through a series of daydreams of thehero Walter Mitty daydreaming. Daydreaming has a significant psychological function to individual. Secondly, on the view of depth psychology, a lot of images in the daydreams of Walter Mitty imply character, which has an important role in helping Mitty gradually to change himself At last, the image of “changing” in this movie might also evoke the audiences uncoties and therefore has a psychological significance in curing.
