摘　　要：习近平中国特色社会主义制度体系思想是在中国全面建成小康社会的关键时期形成的。其基本原则是:必须高度重视制度体系建设,必须构建系统完备的制度体系,坚持扎根本国土壤的制度最管用。其主要内容包括:必须构建政治、经济、文化、社会管理、生态文明、党的建设制度体系。其目标指向是使中国特色社会主义制度体系更加成熟更加定型。为此,习近平要求必须坚持制度自信、制度创新。Xi Jinping’s thought of socialist system with Chinese characteristics is formed in the critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way in China. The basic principle is that we must attach great importance to the construction of the system, must establish a systematic and complete system, insist the system of taking root soil is the most useful. Its main contents include the establishment of political, economic, cultural, social management, ecological civilization and Party building system. Its goal is to make the socialist system with Chinese characteristics more mature and more stereotyped. For this reason, Xi Jinping asked for system confidence and system innovation.
