摘  要:采用数字激光动态焦散线测试系统和超动态应变测试系统,研究爆炸载荷作用下空孔周围裂纹扩展规律和应力集中区的应力特征。结果表明:在爆炸应力波作用下,空孔周围水平和垂直方向上都出现焦散斑,但只有水平方向上预制裂纹起裂,垂直方向上裂纹没有起裂;空孔周围裂纹1起裂早于裂纹2,裂纹2的扩展速度和应力强度因子值大于裂纹1相应值;从应变曲线上可以看出在炮孔与空孔连线上,靠近炮孔一侧为拉应力集中,远离炮孔一侧为压应力集中。By using digital laser dynamic caustics testing system and ultra-dynamic strain testing system, analysis the law of crack propagation around the void and stress characteristics of the stress concentration zone under the action of explosion stress. The results show that: under the action of explosion stress wave, caustics speckles appear around the empty hole horizontal and vertical directions,but only in the horizontal direction the precast crack initiation, the vertical direction is no crack initiation; crack 1 initiation is earlier than crack 2,the propagation velocity and stress intensity factor values at initiation of crack 2 is greater than the corresponding value of crack 1; It can be seen from the strain curve that close to the side of the blast hole is the reflection of the tensile stress concentration,away from the side of the blast hole is the compressive stress concentration.
